Home to a collection of more than 300 cars and motorcycles, the Museum shares stories of human endeavour, design innovation and social history, unlocking the fascinating world of heritage engineering. Each year, more than 125,000 visitors discover how vehicles were imagined, designed and built, while also uncovering the personal stories of the people who owned, drove and cherished them.
Haynes Motor Museum is a registered charity and Arts Council England Accredited Museum. Dedicated to conserving its nationally significant collection, the Museum uses automotive heritage as a powerful tool to inspire curiosity, learning and discovery.

The Red Room
As part of your show ticket, visitors attending the LCE Photo Show can also enjoy access to the renowned Red Room – one of the museum’s most iconic installations.
Home to over 40 red cars, the Red Room collection includes standout vehicles such as a 1930 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 Gran Turismo and a 1981 Lamborghini Countach LP400S.

HOW DO I GET THERE?
We would advise you to travel by road. The Museum is situated just off the A303 near Sparkford, on the A359 Sparkford to Castle Cary Road. High profile brown tourist signs from all the major trunk roads provide easy to follow local directions.
By Train, the main line station at Castle Cary is 5 miles from the Museum.
By Bus, there are regular bus services to Sparkford Village from Castle Cary and Yeovil.
Where is the closest Parking?
There is plenty of on-site parking available. Parking is free of charge, no booking needed.
There are seven blue badge accessible bays near the entrance to the Museum within the car park.
