1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all attendees, exhibitors, vendors,
sponsors, volunteers, and participants of the LCE Photo Show (“Event”).
By registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration & Admission

• All attendees must register using accurate and complete information.
• Admission is subject to availability and may be refused at the discretion of the organisers.
• Tickets and passes are non-transferable unless expressly authorised in writing by the Event organisers.
• Valid identification may be required for entry.

3. Photography, Filming & Media Consent

• The Event may be photographed, filmed, and recorded by the organisers, partners, media representatives, and authorised contractors.
• By attending, you consent to your image, likeness, and voice being used in promotional, marketing, editorial, and archival materials without compensation.
• Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use only unless prior written permission is granted.
• Commercial photography, livestreaming, or press coverage requires prior approval from the organisers.

4. Exhibitors & Vendors

• Exhibitors and vendors are responsible for the security, insurance, and safekeeping of their own equipment and property.
• All displays must comply with venue regulations and instructions issued by Event staff.
• The organisers reserve the right to remove any material deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in breach of venue policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Event branding, materials, and content remain the intellectual property of the organisers or their respective owners.
• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

• All attendees must comply with venue health and safety regulations and instructions from Event staff or security personnel.
• Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, or disruptive, without refund.

7. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.
• The organisers, venue, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the Event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded under English law.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to arrange appropriate insurance.

8. Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, change of mind or personal circumstances.
• This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

9. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organisers reserve the right to amend the Event programme, speakers, exhibitors, timings, or venue arrangements without prior notice.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control (including force majeure events), the organisers shall not be liable for any associated costs or losses incurred by attendees.

10. Data Protection & Marketing

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• By registering for the Event, you agree that your details may be used by the Event organisers for administration, communication, and Event-related updates.
• You also consent to receive marketing communications from:

• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the opt-out link provided in emails or by contacting the organisers directly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in the LCE Photo Show, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
